Geospatial Analyst (Melbourne CBD and WFH)

The suitable candidate will have the following key skills and competencies;

Background in geospatial sciences

Experience with GIS software – i.e. ArcMap, QGIS

Proven experience in reviewing, editing and manipulating datasets

Ability to interpret information and make recommendations

Weekley reporting & demonstrated high level organisational skills

Ability to learn new spatial awareness software programs

LiDAR experience a bonus

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage Project Data in and out of system

Review, edit, and manipulate datasets and to ensure overall quality of the information

Utilise softwaqre programs and to visualise and format reports – i.e. ESRI ArcMap, Google Earth

Carry out QA and data reporting activity for specific projects

Monitor project specific data performance and quality

Qualifications Required

Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Science, Geography, Planning or equivalent GIS experience.

Project Manager (Melbourne CBD)

The suitable candidate will have the following key skills and competencies;

Working Knowledge of LiDAR and Imagery data

GIS Experience using ArcMap

Strong safety ethos and understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental Compliance

A focus on detail and quality outcomes

Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

Desirable – knowledge of electricity utility infrastructure

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage projects and monitor commercial performance

Manage the Geospatial Team to deliver quality & timely outcomes

Manage aquisition of LiDAR and Imagery data

Provide technical support for client scoping and project delivery

Deliver project outcomes to client and provide sales support

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Geospatial Science or related discipline

Relevant Project Management qualifications and/or experience

AWS/LiDAR & Dev Ops Software Engineers (Melbourne CBD) – multiple roles

The suitable candidate will have the following key skills and competencies;

Detailed knowledge of either/or combined AWS, LiDAR, Dev Ops software engineering activity

GIS Experience using ArcMap

GIS knowledge using OGC standards and GeoJSON

A focus on detail and quality outcomes

Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

Key Role Responsibilities

Developing and modifying structured code

Code automation and scripting

Developing and implementing research outcomes relating to LiDAR

Working with internal and external team to develop and implement detailed system and specifications for AWS deployment and operation

Operational support for system operation on AWS

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline

AWS and/or LiDAR experience, and/or Dev Ops

Relevant software engineering experience, coding, testing and supporting
